Breast Examinations

A practice nurse will show you how to check for any abnormal changes in your breasts. If you can feel a lump or have an abnormal discharge, you should arrange to see a doctor as soon as possible. Many lumps are harmless, but it is wise to check.

There is also a National Breast Screening Programming for women between the ages of 53 – 70, with invites starting between 50 – 53 yrs, to ensure by the time you are 53, you will have been invited and had a mammogram recorded. They will contact you directly.
