Most referrals to other specialists will require you seeing or speaking with a GP. However, there are a number of local services, listed below, that you are able to make self referrals to.

Gestational Diabetes Mellitus Programme
A supportive programme for women who have had gestational diabetes. Learn more about female health, lose weight, feel empowered & reduce your risk of type 2 diabetes.
Eligibility: a history of GDM and breastfeeding, it does not matter when you had GDM.
If you have since developed Type 2 diabetes you are not eligible.
You can self-refer without the need for a HbA1c blood test below.

Our job is to promote emotional wellbeing and provide treatment to children and young people with mental health problems.
The CAMHS team offers a range of assessments and treatments for children and young people presenting with enduring and moderate to severe mental health disorders which impact significantly on daily functioning.
