Patient Access allows patients to make and cancel appointments 24 hours a day without contacting the surgery.
If you would like to use our on-line appointment booking system, you will need to register with us first. You can collect a registration form at reception.
Please note that you will be required to show some form of identification before your details can be released (proof of photo identification required – Passport, Driving Licence, National ID or Employee ID).
After you have received your registration letter you will be able to access the Patient Access system.
You can make one GP appointment up to two weeks ahead. The complexity of our appointments system means that only routine 10 minute GP appointments can be booked on-line. For all other appointments, please contact the surgery directly. This applies to ten minute urgent GP appointments, double (or longer) appointments, telephone appointments, all Practice Nurse and Health Care Assistant appointments and appointments involving both GP and nurse, and includes blood pressures, cervical screening, coils, post-natal examinations.
Please note – you will only need to register once; this will give you access to online appointments, test results and repeat prescriptions.
